Terms of Service

1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service apply to purchases and services provided by Kinsley & Co. Kreations, LLC (“Kinsley & Co.,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order or purchasing a digital product, you agree to these terms and any product-specific details shown at checkout.

2. Custom Design Orders

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate wording, names, dates, photos, colors, sizes, and other requested details. Custom digital design services include up to two revisions unless the product listing states otherwise. Additional revisions are $3 each. A revision changes an existing concept; a substantially new concept or major change in direction may require a new quote.

3. Proofs and Approval

When a proof is provided, the customer is responsible for reviewing spelling, dates, names, layout, colors, and other details before approval. Production or final delivery may begin after approval. Changes requested after approval may result in additional charges or production time.

4. Payments and Deposits

Products and services identified as pay-in-full must be paid in full before work begins or access is delivered. For eligible larger custom orders, a 50% deposit may be required, with the remaining balance due before final delivery, pickup, shipment, or release of final files. Any different payment schedule will be stated in the quote or invoice.

5. Turnaround Times

Turnaround times vary by product, quantity, customization, material availability, and the speed of customer responses or approvals. Any estimated completion date is an estimate unless we expressly agree in writing to a guaranteed date. Rush service, when available, may carry an additional fee.

6. Digital Templates and Canva Products

Digital templates are digital products; no physical item is shipped. Unless a listing says otherwise, editable Canva templates are licensed to the purchaser for personal or their own small-business use. The editable template, template link, or substantially unchanged design may not be resold, redistributed, shared, sublicensed, or offered as a competing template. Canva availability, features, fonts, and third-party elements are subject to Canva’s own terms and platform changes.

7. Customer-Supplied Content

By supplying photos, logos, artwork, wording, or other content, you represent that you have permission to use it and authorize us to use it solely as needed to fulfill your order. We may decline content or requests we reasonably believe infringe another person’s rights or are otherwise unlawful.

8. Physical Products, Pickup, and Shipping

Physical items may vary slightly in color, placement, or appearance due to screens, materials, printing, and handmade production. Shipping charges and pickup arrangements, when applicable, will be shown or communicated with the order. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.

9. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Our Refund & Return Policy is incorporated into these Terms. Personalized and digital products have special limitations because they are made or delivered specifically for the purchaser.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Kinsley & Co. retains ownership of its original concepts, editable source files, templates, mockups, and design systems. Purchase of a finished custom design does not automatically transfer editable source files or rights to resell the design as a template.

11. Limitation and Applicable Rights

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived. These terms are intended to describe our business policies and do not eliminate rights available under applicable consumer-protection law or payment-card rules.
