Request a Quote
Tell us what you need, your quantity, deadline, colors, theme and customization details using our quote request form.

Receive Your Quote
We review your request and provide pricing, an estimated turnaround time and any additional information needed for your project.

Pay Your Deposit
A 50% deposit secures your order and allows work to begin. Deposits become non-refundable after 24 hours.

Design & Proof
For design-based orders, you'll receive a proof to review. Two revisions are included; additional revisions are $3 each.

Production
Once your design is approved, physical products move into production and are prepared with care and attention to detail.

Final Payment & Delivery
The remaining balance is due before your completed order is released. Shipping is available for an additional fee.

A few helpful things to know before we start your kreation.
How do I place an order?
Start by submitting the Request a Quote form with as much information as possible about your project. After reviewing your request, Kinsley & Co. Kreations will contact you with pricing, availability and next steps.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A 50% deposit is required before design or production services begin.
Are deposits refundable?
Deposits may be refunded within 24 hours of payment. After 24 hours, deposits are non-refundable.
How long will my order take?
Turnaround times vary based on the service, quantity and level of customization. An estimated completion timeframe will be provided with your quote.
Do you accept rush orders?
Rush orders may be accepted when availability permits. An additional rush fee may apply depending on the project and requested completion date.
Can I request revisions to my design?
Yes. Two revisions are included with your design. After the two included revisions, additional revisions are $3 each.
When is the remaining balance due?
The remaining balance is due before the completed product is released, delivered or shipped.
Do you offer shipping?
Yes. Shipping is available for an additional fee. Shipping costs will vary based on the order, package size and destination.
Can I provide my own photos, logo or inspiration?
Absolutely. Clear, high-resolution photos and logo files are recommended whenever possible. Inspiration is welcome and helps us understand your vision.
What if there is an error on my design?
Please review your proof carefully before approval. Kinsley & Co. Kreations will correct errors made by us. Errors in customer-provided information that were approved on the final proof may require additional design, reprint or production fees.
Do you create websites?
Yes. Small-business website design and setup is available. Select “Website Design & Setup” on the Request a Quote form to tell us about your project.
Can you recreate another designer's work?
Reference and inspiration images are welcome, but we do not directly copy another designer's work. We'll use your inspiration to create an original Kinsley & Co. design tailored to your vision.
